A refined evolution in brickmaking

In response to a growing demand for a smoother handmade brick, York Handmade introduced the Ebor Texture range.

Historically, creating this texture was a labour-intensive process requiring skilled craftsmanship, limiting production capacity. However, with the installation of a state-of-the-art moulding machine in April 2023, we’ve revolutionised the process. This new technology allows us to produce Ebor bricks efficiently without compromising on quality, enabling us to fulfill larger orders within shorter timescales.

The Ebor Texture offers a neater sand-faced finish that still retains the timeless charm and character York Handmade is known for. Available in a variety of distinctive colours, the bricks can be mixed and matched to create bespoke combinations tailored to your project needs.
